Ein Gedenkstein für die Menschen von Kurele in der Nähe der „Robežu“-Häuser in der Gemeinde Skrīveru, der 2015 eingeweiht wurde. „Grenz“-Häuser sind nicht erhalten, es sind nur noch Reste davon vorhanden.

Im Haus „Robežu“ in der Gemeinde Skriveri begann am 28. Juli 1944 die Bildung der Gruppe von General J. Kurelis.

Die Bäckerei befindet sich 0,3 km südlich von dem Herrenhaus des Landgutes von Malnava. Die Wirtin bereitet nahrhafte lettgallische Gerichte vor und bietet ländliche Leckereien an. Gäste können zuschauen, wie Torten und Piroggen gebacken werden. Das Brot von Dzīles ist ein Symbol von Karsava. Hier werden der Brunch – das späte Frühstück – angeboten und kleine Märkte der lokalen Heimarbeiter und Handwerker organisiert.

Lettische Küche: Lettgallischer Speck, Graupengrütze mit Zutaten, gefüllte Kartoffel mit Speck und Zwiebeln, geschmorte Gemüse mit Fleisch, Beerenbrot, Tee mit Honig.

Das besondere Gericht: Selbstgebackenes Brot von Dzīles, dessen Teig Kleien, Rosinen, Moosbeerenmarmelade und Leinsamen beigefügt werden.

In der historischen Verbrennungsanlage für den Hausbranntwein Šmakovka im Herrenhaus Malnava (1827), 35 km von Rēzekne entfernt, werden Cidre und Apfel-Calvados hergestellt.

Das Café befindet sich 0,2 km von dem Bahnhof von Skriveri entfernt. Dieses Familienunternehmen (seit 2006) stellt hausgemachtes Eis aus selbstgezüchteten Früchten und Beeren (Sahneeis Plombirs, Sahneeis und Eis aus Jogurt) und Sorbets, sowie Eis mit modernem Geschmack (Sprottengeschmack, Geschmack des blauen Käses und Kartoffeleis mit Tomatensoße) her. Man kann den Prozess der Eisherstellung auch verfolgen.

Das besondere Gericht: Meerretticheis mit Hering.

Das erste Unternehmen, das 1957 die Produktion der beliebten Milch-Bonbons „Gotiņa“aufnahm. Hier kann man köstliche Bonbons erwerben und auch an einer Führung teilnehmen, der Inhaber des Unternehmens ist zugleich der Haupt- Bonbonmeister.

Das Motel Aka liegt 1 km von der Stadt Kārsava entfernt an der Autobahn A13. Großer, separater Saal für Bankette, Feiern. Zimmer - im zweiten Stock. Den Gästen werden 5 Zimmer mit gemeinsamer Dusche und Toilette angeboten. Sauna, Billardraum.

The “Pie Daugavas” glamping site is on land which has been passed down from generation to generation on the banks of the Daugava River and on the boundary between Jaunjelgava and Sērene.

There are eight furnished glamping tents to rest in comfort on the banks of the river.  The tents are 5m wide and 3m high, with carpeting to soothe your feet, a comfortable mattress that will ensure comfort for your back, as well as an easy chair into which you can sink with a book in hand.  Electricity and WIFI will keep you linked to the outer world.

You can reserve a Latvian-made jacuzzi with a wood-fired internal stove and installed hydro-massage and LED lighting.

A spherical cupola tent with 65 m2 is also available.  A new aspect at the tent in the summer of 2023 was a series of concerts on the banks of the Daugava.
