17 km from Molėtai, on the right side of the Molėtai–Giedraičiai road (KK172), in Tumenčizna (there are information signs).

Over 300 cars, trucks, buses, motorcycles and other vehicles are on display, as well as vintage radio, audio and TV equipment. There are not many exhibits on military history, but those interested may find military trucks, field kitchens and generators interesting. Visitors are invited to view the equipment used in the filming of the HBO and Sky UK television miniseries "Chernobyl".

The private transport and technology museum was founded in 2019 at the initiative of Imantas Mekas.
