Hunting in Saaremaa

The world-famous Soviet and Russian handgun engineer visited Saaremaa.

In January 1980, the world-famous Soviet and Russian handgun engineer, the inventor of the legendary Kalashnikov assault rifle, Mikhail Kalashnikov, visited the border crossing. He hunted wild animals in the surrounding forests. Near the shore of the outpost, there is a photo of Kalashnikov with other hunters. Could the wild boar hide found in the attic of the former guest house belong to the same wild boar hunted by Kalashnikov (shown in the photo)? Our goal is to restore the firing range of the outpost, where you can fire Kalashnikov assault rifles.
