Located on the Ķegums – Jaunjelgava road (P85) at the mouth of the Vitkopa stream into the Daugava. The manor was formed at a time when the widow of Duke Jacob in the 17th century restored Jaunjelgava, which had been devastated by wars. In the mid-18th century, the manor belonged to the French nobleman Dubarilis. From 1875, it was the property of the Barons Nolkens. During the Russian Empire, a psychiatric hospital was established in the Alstiķe manor, but at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, a sanatorium “Sanatorium aus Halswigshof”. The manor buildings, which were located on the front line, were destroyed during the First World War. In 1932, the owner at that time, Gustavs Nolkens, sold his property. The periodical is “skopa” about the Soviet period. In one publication, there is a description of hiking through the land of A. Pumpurs' childhood, where Alstiķi is mentioned as the former center of the manor, where a work and recreation camp for students of the Birzgale state farm was established. Today, only ruins remain of the manor buildings. They are clearly visible from the adjacent P85 road and the local dirt road, where the green manor alley is. Visiting the ruins is dangerous, they can only be viewed from a distance.
