It is located on the side of the Ķegums - Jaunjelgava road (P85) at the mouth of the Vitkop stream in the Daugava. The manor was formed when the widow of Duke Jacob in the 17th century. restored the war-ravaged Jaunjelgava. 18th century in the middle, the manor belonged to a nobleman of French origin, Dubaril. From 1875 it was the property of the Barons Nolken. During the Russian Empire, a psychiatric hospital was established in the Alstiķe manor, but in the 19th and 20th centuries. in between - sanatorium "Sanatorium aus Halswigshof". Manor buildings located on the front line were destroyed during the First World War. 1932 the owner at that time - Gustavs Nolkens is selling his property. The periodicals are "stingy" about the Soviet era. In a publication, there is a description of hikes through the land of A. Pumpura's childhood, where Alstiķi is mentioned as the former center of the manor, where a work and recreation camp for students of the Birzgale state farm was established. Nowadays, only the ruins of the buildings of the manor remain. They are well visible from the adjacent P85 road and the local dirt road where the manor alley is green. Visiting the ruins is dangerous, they can only be viewed from a distance.
