It is located on the gentle slope of the left bank of the Daugava (Ķegum HPP), east of the village of Linde. Information about the Linde manor has survived from the 13th century, when it belonged to the Linde family. 1542 the manor was bought by Johann von Plettenberg. The gate of Linde Manor was built in 1767. – at the time when the 7.4 ha Linde Park was created. After Johann von Plettenberg's death, the estate was inherited by his daughter Sophie Elisabeth, who became Countess Sophie von Mengden after her marriage. 1844 the manor was bought by the governor of Courland, Paul von Hahn. 1866 the master's house was rebuilt, adding a second floor. The manor belonged to the Han family until the Latvian agrarian reform. The House of Lords was bombed during the First World War. It was not restored, but the ruined building was sold as building materials. Today, 2017 can be viewed. the renovated gates of Linde manor, the ruins of buildings and the impressive Linde park with terraces and linden plantations. 1.1 km south of the gate of Linde manor is the grave of the Baron Han family (Jedes grave), which contains the graves of soldiers from the First World War.
